We will be operating a multi-venue event inside the area we are calling ‘The Hub’, a small radius within a stone’s throw of the beach.
The main daytime venue wil be Hot Rocks Bar & Restaurant opposite the Pier.

There will be events from 12 noon on Friday 30th April 2027 until Late afternoon into the evening on Monday 3rd May.

Plan to book your stays for as long as you want. Parties run from Friday 1st until Monday 4th May 2026.

There is no requirement to stay at any of the hotels we recommend although we have secured some of the best deals in the area.

Yes, totally. We encourage people to bring children of all ages. There will be a ‘curfew’ on all children under 16 yrs of age in most venues after 8 or 9pm.

Children under 16 will enjoy free admission, their names will need to be sent to us ahead of the event.

Full Event Wristbands & Day Passes must be collected during the following times from Hot Rocks:

Friday 1pm – 10pm
Saturday 12 noon – 10pm
Sunday 12 noon – 4pm

We have an automated ticketing system using QR Scanning. Search emails from Bournemouth Soul & House. You will find your confirmation email containing a download link. You WILL 100% need this ticket to gain admission.

Once the DJs are confirmed we hope nothing changes, although sometimes situations force DJs to change their plans.

Experience tells us that this can even be at the last minute.

However, as of midnight March 30th, NO refunds are available.

The passes are now transferable between persons. Send in an email to your official booking receipt to change any names.

You cannot purchase passes without accepting these terms and conditions.

TO REQUEST REFUND

You must reply to your original email confirmation/ticket receipt via email and request refunds.

FB messages asking for refunds do not qualify.

• We will offer 75% refund on any ticket until midnight 28th Feb, if you no longer wish to attend.
• If you are unable to attend due to restrictions in travel or accommodation by the government you will receive a 50% refund of your order. These are the only occurrences where you will be eligible for a refund.
